How Mark Made Over £1 Million With Massage!

The name Mark Perren-Jones might not mean much to you, but he appears to be doing rather well selling video courses on the educational platform, Udemy.

He claims that he has over 250,000 students in more than 210 countries Worldwide.

His Udemy profile shows that he has had at least 212,604 students through the platform alone.

He has 25 years in the massage and spa industry and has an online business called Spa Training Academy. He has 64 video courses that are for sale on Udemy priced between £15.99 and £59.99.

One course, Acupressure Massage For Pain Relief Certificate Course, priced at £49.99 has had 20,869 students… that one course alone will have generated over £1 million if they all paid that price.

At the time of looking, it was running a special offer at £15.99 so I can’t say how much it has actually earned.

He would have made £333,695.31 if all 20,869 students paid the lower special offer price of £15.99.

Imagine how much he has earned from all of his 64 courses!

The only reason I know about Mark and his courses is that the wife of one of my team has recently bought one of his courses.

She paid £15.99 for the course which appears to have had 16,595 paying students.

It says that the original price for this course was £59.99 but it too is running a special discounted offer.

I don’t know how many people paid either £15.99 or £59.99 for the course, but if all 16,595 students paid the lower £15.99 price, Mark would have made £265,304.05 in sales.

At £15.99, those two courses combined would have generated an incredible £598,999.36 in sales.

That is just from 2 of mark’s 64 courses!

I don’t know how much Udemy take in fees for using the platform and processing payments, but I am more than sure that Mark is happy with how much money he has made from those two courses alone.

There are seven sections to one of those courses that add up to just 6 hours worth of video.

Wouldn’t you like to earn over £200,000 in passive income for what is essentially, 6 hours of video that is sat online waiting to be bought?

Mark probably spent a few days editing the videos and creating the few PDFs which came with the course, but £200,000+ for a week’s work is pretty good…

Wouldn’t you agree?

I don’t know exactly when Mark started to create his courses for Udemy, but I have a feeling that the Covid lockdowns of 2020 played a huge part.

Mark runs a spa and with the lockdowns and distancing rules at that time preventing people going to certain places or using specific services, it was a worrying time for businesses that relied on a stream of people going through its doors each day.

It seems that instead of sitting around fearing the worst, he created a profitable online business that could possibly be making him more money than his actual spa.

Some of his videos on YouTube are 13 years old so it’s possible that he had already planned on building an online passive income and maybe those videos helped him ride out the pandemic.

Either or… he is now doing rather well with his courses on Udemy.

I am sharing his story with you because I wanted to highlight that it is more than possible for anyone to make a decent amount of money creating simple video courses and selling them via platforms like Udemy.

Mark has taken his interests, knowledge, and skills in a variety of massage and spa treatments, and built himself an online business that is raking in a lot of money.

Looking at all of his 64 courses, I would say that he has made well over £1 million.

Whilst I cannot say whether you will make a million or more doing this, I can say that there is a fantastic opportunity here to make a lot of money.

The tools to create a decent series of videos are available to each and every one of us today. Videos can be recorded and edited using just the smartphone in your pocket.

A cheap phone stand with a ring light could be all that you need to record a decent series of videos that could sell for a decent profit.

If you want to record a screen to make a tutorial, there are tools that can do that on both laptop and mobile devices that are cheap to buy.

The tools are there to be used.

Also, these courses can be sold via a website, Mark has several on his own website, and they could also be added to other platforms like Patreon and Gumroad to create another passive income stream.

And just like eBooks, once these courses are finished and online, they can be bought by customers at any time of the day and night for years to come.

With Mark’s videos teaching massage and spa treatments which are never going to go out of date or change, his videos can sell for years to come.

Could this be the ideal business model for you?

Kind regards.

John Harrison.

£4,700 Per Month In Passive Income

I want to share with you a quick and easy way to get started with an online business.

This could easily make you more than enough money each month to cover all of your living costs.

But if at the very least it pays for one bill… that is one bill less to worry about.

It may not make money right away, but it is one that will grow and can become incredibly profitable.

I touched upon it recently in another article where I shared with you the story of the 20-year-old who was now earning £4,700 per month in passive income from a website dedicated to ‘fishing’ that he set up for less than £400!

What I am about to share with you now is similar… and slightly different.

What you will need:

  1. A blog-style website (like this one) where you can post stuff over time.
  2. An email list manager so people can subscribe.
  3. Products to sell (affiliate offers are easiest).
  4. Content (which you will write).

It requires picking a subject that you enjoy or know well (or want to be involved in), and start a blog-style website focusing on that subject alone.

Picking a subject that you enjoy or know well makes it easier to research, and is more fun to work on.

The idea is that you write and post content regularly to the website, grow an email list, and promote products to the people who visit and join your email list.

It’s easier than you may think.

A website can cost as little as £100 for two years, and an email list manager can be free until you hit a specific number.

This is an incredibly cheap business to start and it can be incredibly profitable.

You start at step 3 by researching what products people want to buy and what products are selling well. These can be affiliate products so you don’t need to panic thinking that you need to make products, although that would be a good idea for later.

The goal is to find 12 different products so that you can promote one product each month.

Next, you create the content.

The good news is that you don’t have to write an endless amount of content for this to work. Ideally, you want just one year’s worth of evergreen content that you will loop.

If you cannot create daily content, try and publish two or three times each week. The purpose of this is to be consistent enough to condition visitors to know they can come back for more fresh content regularly.

This content is loaded onto your website; you then send emails to your growing email list informing them of the new content.

Both the articles on the website and the emails have a section for an advert to promote whichever product you are promoting that week.

You can send individual emails to promote specific products too.

The idea here is to loop the content so that you can reduce the constant need to keep creating new content.

You can add new content if you wish, but once you have a year’s worth of content; you could move onto another website and start a new income stream.

You may think that you need a ton of content, but that is not actually true…

3 articles a week is 156.

You will need one email per article giving you a total of 156 emails too.

Depending on your niche, you could get away with doing just one article a week (as long as they are full of useful information).

Or…

You could do 3 articles per week for 3 or 6 months, and then simply loop them.

And by loop I mean when you have sent the email to your list pointing people to the last article, you start again from the beginning.

So, if you do a full year, once email 156 has been sent sending people to article 156, you start again at article and email number 1.

If you do just 78 articles and emails, as soon as email 78 has been sent directing people to article 78, you go back to the beginning and start again with email and article number 1.

You don’t need to keep creating new content; you can simply reuse and recycle what you have already created.

Yes, you can add a new piece of content now and then, but it doesn’t need to be every week once the websites is established.

It may sound like a lot of work, but it really isn’t.

I mentioned about the 20-year-old who was now making £4,700 per month in passive income, you could be doing the same.

It took him a year to get his website up to the point that he is now making that money passively each month.

As with everything, it is all about good planning, and sticking to the plan.

This is a low level business model that is simple to implement, can be set-and-forget, and can be replicated easily creating several passive income streams.

Oh, and a profitable website business can be sold for up to 10 times its annual revenue.

What We Can All Learn From The Spectacular Downfall Of The Family Fraudster

Did you hear the story of Melissa Caddick?

She is the Australian fraudster that conned around $23 million (AUS) out of close friends and family as well as other ‘clients’.

There is a three part drama and a documentary about her story on ITVX which is a fascinating watch.

Caddick wasn’t legally allowed to manage and invest money for other people, yet that is what she promised her clients.

But instead of investing their hard-earned savings, she took their money and spent it on herself.

This included money from her parents, brother, an aunty and uncle, close neighbours, and her best friend.

She got away with it by mocking up false trading statements claiming that everything was going so well, people decided to leave the money in to make more money, with several investing more money with her.

She wasn’t a criminal mastermind, just someone who had enough gall to shamelessly lie to clients and close friends and family.

Whenever someone wanted their money back and any profits they believed they had made, she paid them off with the money she had conned out of new clients.

In November 2020, just as the authorities moved in to investigate, she disappeared, never to be seen again apart from one severed foot that washed ashore onto a beach a few hundred miles down the coast.

It is believed that she committed suicide to escape the situation she now found herself in.

Some people believe that she had cut her own foot off and faked her own death as a way to escape.

Suicide is most likely.

But the problem is that once someone has been exposed as a liar who has lied and conned people for years including close family and friends, all trust is gone and people will expect them to do something as extreme as faking their own death to avoid being sent to prison.

Melissa Caddick has destroyed the lives of many people because of greed, many of them being close family and friends.

In the drama, one of her victims, the brother of her close friend (who was also conned), had planned to retire at 40 on the profits he believed he was making.

Instead he was left with no savings and the knowledge that he won’t be retiring anytime soon.

What is doubly sad about this is that if she had the confidence and the ‘ball’s to do what she had done, she had more than enough confidence to do something legal and build an incredibly profitable business of her own… that wouldn’t have ended up with a prison sentence or suicide.

Maybe it would have taken longer and it would maybe required a bit more work than lying to people and mocking up false statements – although I would imagine constantly lying to people is a lot of hard work, it’s not something I would want to spend my days doing.

Melissa was simply a greedy person who just wanted to live a champagne lifestyle using other people’s money.

The idea of actually building something of her own probably wasn’t something she was ever going to consider…not while she could simply talk people into giving her their money.

Unless she did fake her own death and is actually alive somewhere and living on money she has manage to hide from the authorities, her con has left her dead and her family with nothing.

It was all pretty pointless in the end.

Instead of the grief of taking money from other people to pay off those who wanted their money back, if she had taken a small amount of money and started a business that generated a passive income, she could have been quite easily living a champagne lifestyle using her own money… without having to deal with ‘clients’ and authorities.

There are many ways today to make a lot of money.

I recently read about a 20-year-old who was now earning around £4,700 per month in passive income from a website dedicated to ‘fishing’ that he set up for less than £400!

I know that £4,700 per month is nothing compared to the sums of money that Melissa Caddick was stealing and playing with, but this is from one just website.

Some of the money made from that one website could then be used to make more of those websites which generate more passive income.

It could be used to pay other people to make those websites rendering the whole business passive other than communicating with and paying those who do the work.

She could have also taken a small amount of money and started an information publishing business.

You can start an information publishing business for free these days, but had you used a minuit fraction of the money Melissa was taking from people, you could have a whole range of eBooks and courses online that could be generating you a HUGE passive income.

There is no reason to be conning people for money these days.

There is more than enough money circling around online that anyone can tap into and cream off a decent profit.

“READ THIS URGENTLY!! I’m Terrified!”

“READ THIS URGENTLY!! I’m Terrified!”

That was the title to an email I received this week from a guy who was informing people that his Facebook account had been suspended pending further investigations.

He didn’t know why his account was shut down, and I am happy to say that he has since had his account restored, but it should be a warning to those who use the platform to promote affiliate products.

There is a big push for people to use free social media platforms to promote high ticket affiliate offers which pay out large commissions.

The amount of money a person can earn per sale can be quite a lot. It’s not uncommon for people to earn the equivalent to a month’s wage with one sale.

So you can see why people are attracted to this kind of business model.

The marketing is free and the commissions are high.

The problem is that for most of these products, unless you create your own courses, you often need to be a paying member of the product you are promoting… which means quite a hefty up-font purchase.

Think about it, how else are people going to earn commissions of £1,500 or more without people buying those courses at over £2,000?

Those commissions need to come from somewhere and it usually comes from people selling over-priced products.

It is very reminiscent of the old Multi-level Marketing and Pyramid schemes where members spent their time trying to recruit new people to join their team.

Instead of members paying £47 or £97 each month and earning half of that in commissions whenever they recruited a new member, today new members pay a huge chunk upfront and a half or more of that is then passed onto the recruiter as a commission.

It’s all the same… but done slightly different.

And this is why Facebook is very weary of these kinds of products.

I don’t know what the rules are for Facebook these days, but you were not allowed to use your own personal profile to conduct or promote your business.

That was what Facebook Pages and Groups were for.

A lot of the high ticket affiliate marketers are using their personal profiles for this because they can record and share short videos known as ‘Stories’.

These videos get shared across multiple social media platforms and can result in them being seen by a lot of people.

It is amazing how many views these types of videos can have.

The guy who had his Facebook account suspended also has a couple of Facebook groups where he sends people to where he does most of his ‘selling’.

The selling is also done via chatting in messages.

Everything was all conducted within Facebook… and that was what he was teaching too.

It is a great business model when it works well… apart from the fact that some of the products they sell are overpriced and a little spammy.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind selling life changing courses at a decent price, but I am not keen on the price being doubled just to attract people to sell them on your behalf, which is exactly what a lot of these courses owners do.

I’m surprised that this chap got his Facebook account restored.

I can only assume that the rules have changed over the years and that Facebook is a little more comfortable with the idea of people using their own profiles to conduct business.

I see estate agents doing it regularly, and if it is OK for them, it should be OK for others.

But, the fact remains… if those rules were to change, which they often do, you risk losing EVERYTHING should you have your account shut down, just as this guy did briefly.

As soon as his account was restored, he shared a video saying how he had endured two stressful days and two sleepless nights thanks to Facebook’s decision to suspend his account.

He appealed and had to wait to see what their verdict was going to be.

If they decided to uphold their decision to suspend his account and shut it down for good, he would have lost everything… bar the email list he had fortunately created.

Some people don’t even do that! They rely only on Facebook.

The email list was mostly built by taking the email addresses of people who joined his Facebook group and putting them into Aweber.

He does have a landing page built using Aweber, but he doesn’t actually have his own website, which is foolish in my opinion… but I imagine that is all about to change now… and so it should.

Yes, having access to Facebook groups which are free to use, is incredibly attractive… but you really should filter people away to a platform that YOU OWN to lessen the risk of losing everything.

Had he not collected email addresses, he wouldn’t have been able to contact anyone to tell them what had happened.

Once a Facebook account is shut down, you cannot do anything. You can’t even send messages to anyone via their messenger system.

You are completely cast adrift without a lifejacket.

Fortunately he had his email list to which he could contact people.

Even more fortunate is that he had his Facebook account restored.

He needs a website where he can share vital information, makes sales, and give away the same content he shares to Facebook.

If the worst case scenario happened and he did lose his account for good, he would still have a place where people could contact him, and a place where he could carry on with his business.

Yes, he could open up another Facebook account and be more careful.

But he should simply use the social media platforms to send people to his website where the selling should be done.

Comparing the results companies get when using social media and email, email wins, hands down.

Email is still the best way to sell and promote products… and will be for many more years to come.

The daft thing is that a website can cost as little as £100 for two years and yet it can generate hundreds of thousands of pounds during that time.

Social media platforms like Facebook should only be used as tools for your business, and not be your business.

They can be taken away from you without warning and you can lose everything… and you don’t want that!

I See A Lot Of Potential With This…

Successful businesses fill a need and are often born from people being kind and helping others.

A perfect example of this is Spark Tutoring which is an online tutoring platform for primary and secondary school children here in the UK.

Spark Tutoring was set up by two teenagers, Tim and Emy, who while in six form at school, began to help the pupils below them with their GCSEs.

Tim and Emy gained straight 9s in their exams which I am told is the equivalent to A stars in the old A Levels.

Because of their age, students were able to relate with Tim and Emy in a way that they couldn’t with the usual teachers who were much older.

I learned about this after watching a video on Instagram of a woman whose daughter was being helped with her maths exams through Spark Tutoring.

The woman herself worked in a school and had been a teacher for 20 years and said that she was impressed at the way her daughter was learning.

This was down to her tutor being 19 and having just been through what her daughter was doing. There is a connection that exists between people of a similar age that cannot be replicated by people with a large age gap between them.

She said that her daughter’s tutor spent an hour tutoring her while she (the tutor) was on a boat on holiday.

This is what is great about teaching online, you can do it from anywhere at any time.

Lessons are an hour long with a free 15 minute ‘check-in’ call on a Sunday.

The tutor sets up a task board that the student can access at any time of the week.

The lessons are done via Google Teams.

It’s great to see two young teens running an operation like this. This came from them helping other students at their school who needed help with their exams.

It is a brilliant example of a need being fulfilled.

I don’t know how much it costs for an hour’s lesson, although I did see a similar company online (oddly using the same business name) charging £35 for an offline lesson and £25 for an online lesson.

Incidentally, I saw a dog trainer offering training services at £30 an hour and so it seems that the going rate for most training and tutoring is between £25 and £35 per hour.

That’s not bad if you can find the work, and with people of all ages wanting to learn new skills and pass exams… every year… there is a lot of potential money to be made.

The average full-time employee here in the UK earns £13 an hour for working 40 hours a week. That gives a daily wage of £104 working 8 hours.

At £30 an hour, you can work 4 hours and still earn more money.

If you charge £35 or more an hour you work just 3 hours and still earn a full day’s pay.

If you can find enough clients, you can work as many hours as you can manage and make a decent amount of money.

The other option is that you charge as little as £5 an hour and tutor a group of people at the same time.

20 people paying you £5 is £100, which is not bad for an hour’s talk.

I know of a copywriter, named Colin, who regularly gives live tutorial talks and charges between £5 and £10 if people sign up fast and use a discount code otherwise they will pay over £50 to join his talks.

He records the tutorials he gives and so he recommends that the people who would like to join but can’t because they are busy, to pay the £5 or £10 because they will be sent the recording of the tutorial.

If Colin gets 100 people paying to join the talk or get sent the recording, he has made himself a nice £500 – £1,000 extra… all from giving one hour-long talk.

He does this regularly.

I am sure there is something similar that you can do too.

We have access to the tools and services we need.

Remember I said that the tutor was giving a lesson from a boat on holiday, she flipped open her laptop, logged into the software service they used and gave her tutorial.

The population here in the UK is over 67 million, out of that I am sure you can find plenty of people who you can teach… or at least purchase a teaching that is delivered as a newsletter.

Instead of selling an hour of your time at £30 to each individual person, you could spend an hour creating a newsletter which you sell for £5 per month and sell it to multiple people in a similar way to Colin when he did his hour-long talks.

Creating your own newsletter today is incredibly simple.

It’s Not All Doom And Gloom With AI…Or Is It?

There’s a lot of talk lately about AI tools and software taking jobs away from people because these tools can do their work for them.

This may be true, there will be people who lose their jobs because of AI, but I did read something online that shows that it needn’t be feared too much.

There is an AI tool that will build websites and a young website designer was beginning to panic fearing that he was about to lose his job.

A professional and well-known website designer, named Adam, addressed his concern with the following:

“The people that don’t want to build a website for themselves still don’t want to build a website for themselves.”

He also went onto say:

“There are many things I could do myself but have zero interest in doing it and would rather hire a professional.”

“I can file my own taxes, but I hire a professional to do it right. I can change the oil in my car, but I hire a professional to do it right. I can mow my lawn, but I hire a professional to do it right.”

That is a great point.

These tools may be available, but there are still a lot of people who do not want to use them themselves.

To be honest, unless there is a pressing need to have something done fast, it doesn’t matter whether a person used an AI tool or not as long as the final result is exactly what the customer wants.

A person who wants a decent website building and knows nothing about building websites or AI tools is unlikely to care too much that the website took a couple of days to build instead of hours.

They are more likely to care that they get the website they want and need.

The only person who really cares about the speed is the website builder. The faster he can get work finished, the quicker he can get paid and move onto another website build.

Yes, AI is going to shake up the website design industry, and yes, I am sure there will be website designers that will lose work, but the fact still remains, the people and companies who want new websites will not want to build them themselves.

They will still rather pay someone to do it for them.

AI tools are going to make some people’s work a lot easier, but they may not take their jobs away.

To prove his point Adam said:

“Take a look at all the new AI capabilities in Photoshop. Amazing, right? Going to put graphic designers out of business, right? Wrong! It’s still Photoshop, even I won’t touch it!”

I don’t fully agree with him, some graphic designers will be put out of business as I am seeing a lot of people who are not graphic designers doing their own graphics, and the amount graphic designers charge could bottom.

But there will still be a need for professional graphic designers as there will still be a lot of people who, just like building websites, would rather have someone else do it for them.

It’s a brave new world out there, and those who embrace AI will most likely be the ones banking the most money.

However…

Success Is Dependent On This One Thing…

In a recent article I talked about people who wasted their time complaining and arguing with strangers online.

I want to talk a little more about why this arguing and complaining about stuff is actually bad for your bank account.

For most people, arguing with other people is tiring and depressing.

Unless there is something important to stand up for, arguing usually solves nothing and makes the people involved feel crap.

Only this morning I saw a quick video from a popular UK doctor and podcaster who shared the one tip he said is vital to happiness and has really helped him, which was…

‘Let go of your need to be right.’

And this is usually the driving motivator behind most arguments… the need to be ‘right!’

The problem with this is that being right doesn’t actually achieve much when arguing with idiots.

And it achieves even less when you are arguing with close friends and loved ones.

The mechanics of arguing usually leaves people feeling stressed, drained, angry, frustrated, and even sad.

And those unpleasant feelings are not good for making money.

Feeling any form of negative emotion will have a detrimental effect on your life.

It is so bad for a person’s life; it was listed as one of the seven deadly sins.

Many years ago I recall listening to Giles Brandreth interviewing a member of the clergy who was also a keen historian of Christianity, the historian said that the Sin of Sloth has been misinterpreted over the years and is not about people being ‘lazy’.

It is about people indulging in a constant ‘woe is me’ attitude and becoming stuck in a self-imposed prison of depression and sadness.

I don’t know how accurate this is, the historian was happy to state that it was true, but I really love this because it makes so much sense.

When a person is constantly negative, they can become incredibly low and they can become stuck in an emotional rut of their own making.

They become ‘slow’ (like a sloth) and emotionally low which robs them of the motivation to achieve… or in some cases, do nothing at all.

They become trapped in a prison of their own making.

Remember, the root of all religious teaching is about being ‘grateful’ and ‘praising’ the good.

The true focus of all religions (once you strip away the bastardisation of it and all of the control and power small groups of people have used it for) is to be happy, be grateful, and celebrate being alive.

That is why choosing to be negative and subjecting yourself to long bouts of self-imposed depression and sadness is a sin.

Sadness, anger, frustration, depression and any form of negativity is not good for your health, and it is not good for your life as a whole.

Apparently the word ‘Hell’ was a word made up when translating the Bible into the English King James Bible.

There wasn’t a word that they could use to explain ‘being walled in’.

Hell is an emotional prison where the individual is ‘walled in’ by their own unpleasant feelings.

‘Hell on Earth’ and ‘a living Hell’ were ways to originally describe suffering long bouts of self-imposed sadness and depression from focusing on too much negativity.

These people, think of the typical alcoholic seen in film and television dramas, are ‘walled in’ by their own negative emotions of sadness, loneliness, regret and despair.

The point is this… negative emotions that drain, deflate, and depress people leads to inaction, and complications in life such as alcohol or drug misuse.

High achievers are usually happy achievers.

A happy person is going to be more motivated and willing to get started than someone who is tired and unhappy.

Happiness is a state where humans are in a natural flow of non-thinking.

They are ‘doing’ without distraction.

Mental distraction comes from negative feelings and negative feelings can come from interactions with other people such as when you are left feeling drained and unhappy after an argument.

This is the reason why some religious people ‘escaped’ from the world to live in communes and monasteries so that they can be surrounded by similar like-minded people, and limit their interactions with ‘other people’.

They chose to avoid emotional distractions brought about by interacting with ‘negative’ people or negative situations.

Success comes easier to those who are happy.

Be Happy!

‘Be Happy’ should be your work motto if you want to achieve more in life.

It is important that you get yourself into a happy emotional state before starting any work.

The late and great copywriter, Ted Nicholas, never sat down to write until he was in a good mood.

Before sitting down to write he would sing out loud ‘I feel great’ several times and throw his hands up in the air.

He would do this to get him into the right positive frame of mind… and his reason for doing this?

Millions of pounds!

For Ted, the difference between writing in a great mood compared to writing in an emotionally distracted mood… was millions of pounds!

He created his best work when he was in a good emotional state, and that work was worth millions of pounds to him.

That surely is a good example as to why you should try and keep yourself in the best emotional state possible each day.

Doors are opened, and work is offered to ‘happy’ and agreeable people.

It’s always been that way.

Being happy has a power that very few people truly understand, but those who do understand it; they use it to its fullest potential and live a truly wonderful life.

Kind regards.

John Harrison

You Can’t Get An Easier Way To Make Money Than This…

I recently received an email from a customer saying that a product was not as easy to do as they expected.

This made me think about people’s different definition of what is ‘easy’.

Sitting at a computer watching for movement on a graph is far easier than having to carry a ton of bricks up scaffolding… physically that is.

Our techy guy, Andi, used to work as a carpenter both on building sites and in workshops and during that time he would have to carry a lot of heavy tools, lift and carry a lot of heavy materials such as fire doors, and he spent a lot of his time working on his knees or squeezed into incredibly small tight spaces.

What he does now is far easier than the work he did while working as a carpenter.

There is no constant noise from loud machinery to have to tolerate and he doesn’t have to breathe in harmful dust or vapours either.

The work he does now is far easier in comparison.

It always baffles him when people say that they couldn’t do what he does as it is ‘too hard’.

To him… it is the easiest thing to do.

Mentally, writing might be slightly more difficult than carrying bricks because there is little thinking required with ‘carrying’, but ‘thinking’ isn’t actually ‘hard’ work.

People perceive something ‘new’ as ‘hard work’ and they allow this to cloud their judgment.

When something is ‘easy’, it is usually because it has been mastered by an individual.

When we are doing something new, it is completely alien to us and due to the fact that we have not spend much time doing it… it appears hard.

And that’s completely normal.

If you drive a car, think about how easy it is now and compare that to when you were young and first learning… it was quite hard, wasn’t it?

It was hard because you were not used to pressing on peddles or changing gears. It was all unnatural, but now after many years of driving it is second nature to you.

When you jump into your car, there is no thinking about what you need to do, you just ‘do’. You start the engine, pull off and drive away at speed.

That comes with practice and from constantly doing something over and over again.

You get better the more you do and when you get better at something, it becomes ‘easy’.

That is something that people need to remember… ‘easy’ is very often a result of constantly ‘doing’ something.

However…

That doesn’t mean that everything is hard though. Like I said earlier, some jobs are easy when compared to others.

Writing is one of the easiest to do as you only have to tap keys on a keyboard.

You can sit with your feet up and write words.

What’s more important than the ease of writing is that there are people who will pay you to read what you write… and you can earn tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of pounds publishing what you write online as you will see in this video here:

Can ‘Pretending’ That Aliens And Flying Saucers Are Real Make You A Lot Of Money?

This week, Andi our Techy Guy, watched a documentary featuring Charles James Hall, called Walking with the Tall Whites.

The documentary is about his life primarily focusing on the two years that he worked as a weather scientist in the Nevada desert for the US military where… he met and worked alongside several species of aliens.

I kid you not!

The weather station that he worked at was not far from the infamous Area 51 where the aliens were ‘visiting’ and working alongside the US military.

Andi tells me that the aliens (supposedly) know of several ‘Earth’ like planets in the galaxy and had asked if the US government would build them ‘hangers’ on those planets where they could stop off and work on their ships.

I don’t know why they can’t build the hangers themselves, after all, these aliens can build ships that travel through space and apparently they live 700-800 years so it’s not like they lack the time or engineering abilities.

Apparently the US military wanted their own ships to take them to these planets but the ‘Tall White’ aliens insisted that they would ferry the US military engineers to these planets.

I wrote more about Charles James Hall in the April edition of our popular Streetwise Confidential newsletter which you can download for free here:

It’s an interesting story but what I found more interesting is that Charles is making money selling his ‘memoirs’ in several books and giving talks around the world.

I don’t know about you, but I think this sounds a pretty tall tale to me.

I don’t want to add any weight or credibility to his ‘Tall Tales of Tall Aliens’ but he isn’t a crazy alcoholic… he is a bit of a brainiac scientist who has photographic proof that he worked where he says he was.

Also, another brainiac scientist named Bob Lazar, claims that he worked on alien propulsion systems at Area 51 and both of them talk about the same propulsion system that the aliens use.

These are not the ramblings of drunken bums at the back of a Las Vegas bar; these are clever scientists who both have proof showing that they worked where they said they did… even though those companies deny it.

In 2018 Bob Lazar’s home and business premises was raided by every US agency under the sun after mentioning that he may have stolen a small amount of Element 115 – the element that is used to fuel alien craft, which is not found on Earth – during the filming of the documentary, Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers.

I wouldn’t have thought that the FBI and other agencies were in the habit of raiding the properties of liars or cranks… do you?

Anyway, I don’t know what the truth is; I am more interested at how Charles James Hall supplements his pension with the books that he published which is why I wrote about him in the Streetwise Confidential.

I Don’t Understand Why They Do This!

I find people interesting, especially those who complain at the emails they receive… after requesting to receive those emails.

I can only assume that is what happens when someone complains about the emails I send which are completely non-offensive.

There are days when I write an email and I sit back in my chair and think ‘that may ruffle a few feathers; I bet someone will complain about it’.

The strange things is that those emails don’t generally get complained about… believe it or not, it’s the ones where I share something factual and useful that ends up with a complaint.

I noticed that I had one complaint about an email I sent recently which explained how we make a lot of money, and then I shared the fact that they could do it too.

There was nothing that anyone could complain about… unless it was a full on card carrying anti-capitalist who had infiltrated my email list.

I can only assume that they didn’t like receiving the email, although they had signed up for them… or they were not happy at what I had presented to them.

But it was all true, and it is something that anyone can get started with.

Yet, oddly, that one email received a complaint.

I guess they didn’t like the subject matter… or, as I keep stressing, that they don’t like getting emails from me which is crazy considering they had requested them by joining my email list.

Still, it happens… and it still amazes me which emails get complained about and which don’t.

I really thought that one was safe.

But that is the nature of business, there will always be people who complain and moan about what you do even if you do absolutely nothing wrong.

People are individuals that work on emotion and opinions and if those emotions and opinions are based on faulty thinking or faulty conditioning in the past, you’ll never be able to convince them that they are wrong.

Once their mind is made up… it’s usually made up for good… well, for bad.

It can be soul destroying when you are being targeted by people who are wrong, or in some cases, simply out to destroy you.

Several celebrities have committed suicide because of self-obsessed and self-opinionated people who believed they had a right to hound those celebrities over something that didn’t actually concern them.

Businesses and business people are often the target of haters who have nothing better to do with their lives.

Part of being successful is to know that these people exists, and not allow yourself to be dragged into a slanging match with a pillock.

As the author, Mark Twain, famously once said:

“Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.”

It is true; these people could represent their countries at the Olympics because they have so much practice.

Sadly, a lot of them also complain that they don’t have enough money.

If only there was something they could do about that?

I mean, they never have the time to do anything, right?

But they do manage to find the time to constantly fall out with people online and send abusive messages.

That right there is the problem.

It is a personal decision that they fail to own.

They choose to waste their time complaining and arguing with other people online.

If they took a step back and took stock of what they were doing with their time, they would see that there was more than enough time and opportunity to change their lives – and the lives of the people around them – for the better… if they used that time differently.

Imagine that whenever one of these people felt the urge to hit social media to rant at someone or write an email to say something that doesn’t really need saying, they decided to do something more positive and beneficial in their lives instead.

How better would their lives be?

Imagine that they decided to write a page of content for a book every time they felt the urge to argue with people on social media, they could have something that they could sell and make extra money with.

You see a lot of people arguing on social media and they spend hours trying to prove other people wrong.

And at the end of it all, nothing changes for either party.

It’s comical at times.

Time is something that we don’t have a lot of in life and so why would you want to spend that time arguing with people when you could be using it to make life more enjoyable and more comfortable?

Instead of responding to people who are talking complete codswallop on social media (not that I’m saying that you do), why not read something that would give you ideas on how to make more money instead?

It makes more sense, right?

I have something that you could read should you ever get the urge to argue with wallies on Facebook and whatever Twitter is called these days… is it ‘X’ now, or something?
